At Armor Machining, a subdivision of Armor Contract Manufacturing, our highly skilled machinists have 3 types of CNC Swiss turning machines, 5 types of CNC lathes, and 2 types of manual lathes at their disposal to complete a wide variety of prototyping, low-volume, or large-scale production projects for our customers. Our turning equipment can accommodate turning diameters as small as 0.125” up to 24”, and length as short as 0.32” up to as much as 120”. Need something larger? Swiss Turning
CITIZEN L32: high-performance Swiss-style, multi-axis turning center that is designed for precision machining of small and medium-sized parts. It features a high-speed spindle that can reach speeds of up to 12,000 RPM and can hold up to 12 tools at a time. Maximum turning diameter of 32 mm.
MORI SEIKI SH-40: high-performance Swiss-style, multi-axis turning center that is designed for precision machining of small and medium-sized parts, equipped with advanced cutting tool packages and control systems. It features a high-speed spindle that can reach speeds of up to 12,000 RPM and can hold up to 12 tools at a time. Maximum turning diameter of 40 mm.
NEXTURN SA-20B: high-performance Swiss-style, multi-axis turning center that is designed for precision machining of small and medium-sized parts, equipped with advanced cutting tool packages and control systems. It features a spindle that can reach speeds of up to 8,000 RPM and can hold up to 12 tools at a time. Maximum turning diameter of 20 mm.

DOOSAN 220L LYNX220LC: large CNC lathe that is designed for precision machining of small and medium-sized parts, equipped with advanced cutting tool packages and control systems. It features a spindle that can reach speeds of up to 2,000 RPM and can hold up to 12 tools at a time. Maximum turning diameter of 24”, maximum workpiece length of 120”.
DOOSAN QLH200H: high-performance CNC lathe that is designed for precision machining of small and medium-sized parts, equipped with advanced cutting tool packages and control systems. It features a spindle that can reach speeds of up to 4,000 RPM and can hold up to 12 tools at a time. Maximum turning diameter of 12”, maximum workpiece length of 39.4”.
HAAS SL20: compact CNC lathe that is designed for precision machining of small and medium-sized parts, equipped with advanced cutting tool packages and control systems. It features a spindle that can reach speeds of up to 4,500 RPM and can hold up to 12 tools at a time. Maximum turning diameter of 8”, maximum workpiece length of 20”.
