Precision & Accuracy: We are dedicated to achieving the highest levels of precision and accuracy in our work. We use CNC milling equipment to ensure precise and consistent machining of even the most complex parts with tight tolerances.
Maximum Workpiece Capacity: Our milling machines can handle workpieces up to 50” x 26” x 25”, with a maximum weight of 4,000 lbs. This means that we can accommodate a wide range of sizes and materials, from small parts to large industrial components.
Micro milling: We have the capability to handle micro-machining projects requiring precision on a small scale. Our micro milling machines are capable of handling parts as small as 0.0005” (0.0125mm).
Complex Geometries: Our equipment allows us to handle projects that require multi-axis machining, including 3-axis and 5-axis milling. This allows us to handle projects that require more complex geometries, such as those with angled or curved surfaces, and produce parts with the highest level of accuracy and precision.
High-speed milling: Our high-speed milling equipment (up to 12,000 RPM) allows us to machine parts quickly and efficiently.
Materials: We can handle a wide range of materials, such as aluminum, steel, and titanium.
Quality Control: Quality control is of the utmost importance at Armor Machining. We use precision measurement equipment to ensure that our parts meet the tightest tolerances. Our quality control processes ensure that all parts meet or exceed industry standards. Precision is confirmed by our fully calibrated coordinate measuring machines (CMM) that provide dimensional verification up to 20”x 27” of travel.
