Milling
Armor Machining offers precision CNC milling services using both vertical and horizontal machining centers to produce complex components with tight tolerances.

- Micro milling for ultra-small precision components (down to 0.0005”)

Mill/Turn
Our CNC mill/turn technology combines milling and turning operations into a single setup, improving efficiency while reducing handling, setup time, and potential error.

- Complex geometries with improved dimensional consistency
- Micro mill/turn machining for small precision parts

Turning

EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)
EDM machining enables the precise cutting of extremely hard materials and intricate geometries that are difficult or impossible to achieve with conventional machining.

- Complex internal features and detailed contours
- Conical, iso-radius, sharp corner, and mixed tapers up to ±30°
- Advanced wire EDM with auto-geometry compensation for accuracy
