Utilizing single hit dies, progressive dies, and transfer dies, Armor Metalstamp produces stampings ranging from heavy gauge to thin gauge materials. Many materials are stamped, including high strengths, pre-coated, and alloy grades.

Our stamping presses provide 100 – 1500 tons of pressure and are equipped to process parts measuring up to 36” in length and up to 72” in width. Part material thickness can range from 0.020” to .625” with maintaining tolerances of 0.002”.
