Featuring over 43 stamping presses, we are well equipped to provide custom stampings for all your production needs. Utilizing single hit dies, progressive dies and transfer dies; Armor Metalstamp produces stampings ranging from heavy gauge to thin gauge materials. Many types of materials are stamped including high strengths, pre-coated and alloy grades.

Our stamping presses provide 100 – 1500 tons of pressure and are equiped to process parts measuring up to 36” in length and up to 72” in width. Part material thickness can range from 0.020” to .625” with maintaining tolerances of 0.002”.

Armor Metalstamp is well-equipped to handle your blanking needs. We blank metal circles up to 36” in diameter and configured blanks within the production parameters listed below. We can accommodate material ranging from 0.020” to .625” in thickness. From low volume runs to large scale production needs, Armor Metalstamp can manufacture first operation blanks for your plant assisted production

Plant Assist Production & Assembly

With 43 presses and a large production capacity, Armor Metalstamp offers valuable client plant assist services, providing temporary production of metal stampings and blanks due to overflow at the client’s own facility. We can assist in low to high volume jobs and production runs. In the event of a client’s equipment breakdown, we can provide assistance with production needs that will reduce the client’s downtime and prevent from being shutdown.

Armor Metalstamp offers contract manufacturing services for custom metal stampings. Additional post-stamping services are available, including assembly, washing, machining and deburring. Welding and plating is available with our local supplier network

Tool / Die Design & Engineering – Tool Build

Armor Metalstamp offers custom tool and die services including design/engineering, build/fabrication, repair and maintenance. We specialize in trouble shooting customer’s existing tooling. We have experience with single operation and progressive dies, as well as deep draw and custom stamping dies. We are skilled at designing and building dies to blank, pierce, draw, extrude, form and notch materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper, as well as supply gages and fixtures. Armor Metalstamp works to precision tolerances for all of our tool and die projects and have a well-equipped tool room and supplier network to ensure quick turnaround.
