Customer Service Commitment - A Sense of Urgency

  1. We will always respond to you within 24 hours (usually within 4 hours).
  2. If someone is not available due to vacation or illness, they will always provide their back-up
    person's name, phone number and e-mail address on their voice mail and e-mail messages.
    Your job does not stop!
  3. We will never tell you "l don't know" without following it with "l will find out and let you know"
  4. We will never be late on a commitment without calling you before the due date with the reason
    for the delay and a newcompletion date.
  5. You will always speak to one person who will take "ownership" and not pass you on.
